The Original Cafe Central Gateau with red chocolate seal. Exclusively packed in a beech wood box with red enamel varnish seal, locked to be dispatched. "Tradition, quality and love for the trade" are three pillars where the worldwide success of the Vienna cafe culture and especially the cafe central are resting on.
This fundament can be found in the fine composition of the original Cafe Central Gateau. The basis is butter, sugar, eggs and flour; delicate chocolates, premium marzipan as well as an assortment of fine spices assure the special taste.
The finishing touch of this sweet art work, a hint of dark chocolate orange flavour, stays the secret of our in-house bakery.
